ICSP header in wrong position on PCB view of arduino UNO

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add "arduino UNO rev3 icsp" to pcb view

Attach your sketch file and/or custom part files to the bug report.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The ICSP header of the arduino UNO rev3 - icsp board is not in the correct 
position. You can easy check by viewing the difference with the other boards of 
the shields.

What version of Fritzing are you using? On what operating system?
0.9.0b on OSX 10.9.4

included in next release. 
->  fixed icsp-header postion
-> updated silkscreen with drill-hole position and usb/powerconnector position

for early bug-fixing copy attached svg and replace the old one:
-> %fritzing-dir%/parts/svg/core/pcb
