Export button in breadboard/schematic view #300

Either it should be treated similar to the export in the PCB view (i.e.,
placed to the right of rotate/flip and with a separator), or it should
removed from these views.
I'd vote for remove, but Dirk, please decide.

Ok. Let's remove them from BB & Schem.

It is not really clear if they belong to the sketch in total or just to one
view (BB / Schem / pcb).
So quick fix: remove them.

We really should research our users and ask them what kind of functionality
they really seek:
1. - make screenshot (in png / jpeg) to include in blog or email (would be a
feature of the website)
2. - save as pdf or ps, so it can be printed directly or given to someone with
print access (should be done from a 'print'
wizzard)
3. - export file package for manufacturing, either DIY or send it off to a
professional lab (a 1:1 print of every layer that's
needed and/or gerber files and/or a nice schematic and/or a bills of materials.
(looks like a good candidate for a 'go to production' wizzard).
4. - ... something else they want to do with it.
5. - ...

I think this question should be opened for a broad discussion, under our users.
Then we can decide whether we want an 'export' / 'print' / 'share' or 'produce'
button, or all of those.

... and probably this is not the best place to write all this. So when this
issue is closed, I should remember that I post this
somewhere else, like the google list.
