Even if copper is connecting two points, sometimes the ratsnest wire comes up #3009

When you have some copper connecting two points, sometimes the ratsnest wires 
still show up as if the two points were not connected. 

What version of Fritzing are you using? On what operating system?
0.9.0 (bda4e 2014-06-11) 32 [Qt 5.2.1] 
Windows 7 x64 Enterprise SP1
