bendpoints not appearing in pcb layout #3012

Using Version 0.9.0 on Windows 7, I was converting bendpoints to vias in order 
to place them numerically, then converting back to bendpoints.  When I exported 
the Gerbers and sent them to Osh Park, the bendpoints were void.  When I opened 
the project again, and re-exported the Gerbers, that set was fine.  Both sets 
of exports are attached.
