wkhtmltopdf not found #10

On Windows 8.1, starting Odoo as a service. I get a pop-up telling me that wkhtmltopdf was not found. If anyone knows a way to make it work. let me know.

Install wkhtmltopdf tools and put the install dir to ur system PATH envs
