I wonder whether it is possible to use LDSC for X chromosome analyses - specifically to evaluate polygenicity, heritability and genetic correlation between traits.

I am unable to find any examples of this in the tutorials/published work or elsewhere in the literature and would be interested to know whether the developers have an opinion on this?

I would be highly interest in the same topic. I suppose the current model would work when applied on female only?
