Tutorial data no longer available #179

Data required to be downloaded using: wget www.med.unc.edu/pgc/files/resultfiles/pgc.cross.bip.zip wget www.med.unc.edu/pgc/files/resultfiles/pgc.cross.scz.zip

However the following error occurs. ERROR 404: Not Found.

Indicating data not available for download at those locations.

Can you please update the tutorial with links from which data is accessible?

I had a similar issue. It seems that the PGC changed the download interface so that you have to agree to some conditions before downloading the summary stats. You can find the summary stats they used in the tutorial here:

https://www.med.unc.edu/pgc/results-and-downloads/cd/

Specifically,

For the Bipolar dataset (1st link), choose Bipolar Disorder Subset. For the Schizophrenia dataset (2nd link), choose the Schizophrenia Subset.

And you should get the same files. Hopefully they'll update the tutorial accordingly.
