h2 is negative -1.105 #38

Hi my h2 estimate is negative (shown below). I didn't have any issue during data munging. So I don't know what's wrong. BTW, my sample size is 300+, do you think is it too small for estimating heritability or genetic correlation? Thank you

Total Observed scale h2: -1.105 (1.5709) Lambda GC: 1.0436 Mean Chi^2: 1.0409 Intercept: 1.0478 (0.0093) Ratio: 1.1669 (0.2275)

Hi

Yes - with only 300 samples you're extremely underpowered for this kind of analysis as you need sufficient sample size to start to expose the polygenic effects on the trait in question.
