I would like to evaluate the genetic correlation of two traits using LDSC. I would like to prove that the two traits are not completely genetically correlated. I know that LDSC usually tests rg=0 as the null hypothesis, but is there any way to test rg=1 as the null hypothesis? I would be grateful if you could enlighten me.
