INTERCEPT FLAG #431

Hi, I want to ask one more thing when should I use intercept flag ? Like i have 2 GWAS summary statistics from European ancestry, when i compute regression with intercept flag its p value is significant but when i dont use intercept flag its non significant? Can you please explain when to use this flag?

@zara03 You should not use those flags.
