Purpose of code changes on this branch:

- Fix the bug where the factor matrices aren't multiplied by the singular 
values prior to becoming the word and document spaces.

When reviewing my code changes, please focus on:

- That I go the math right.

After the review, I'll merge this branch into:
/trunk
