POC showing two staggered columns with minimal size increase on hover (click on mobile).

Initial requirement

[x] slight highlight on hover
[x] near-fullscreen on click

*Mobile swipe is enhancement for now

Still hold out hope for some sort of enlarged click view, but not a top priority for this week.

Opens full-screen in new window on click. Future enhancement to view page in slideshow/carousel/etc.
