Since this class has bulk_actions_selectable-toggle I wanted to make sure this didn't break, but I also noticed the Action Models system test currently isn't working (I know we merged a lot recently when moving over to bullet_train-core), so I can look into that again soon.
Besides that, the toggle button works and shows up like this:

I looked through the other locales and didn't notice anything off with the wording, so I left the other strings as is.
