Is this code also open source (like the version you derived this from)?

We'd like to use this code in an app and would be glad to give you credit in the App's UI, linking back to this project. But without an explicit open source license, we are unsure if you are giving people permission to use your code. If you do, please indicate so by putting a LICENSE file in your project repo (you can find it here: https://github.com/maurycyw/StaggeredGridView).

Thank you. I see you updated the README, which is good enough for me to understand that this is published as open source under a license. Yahoo is looking into to use this code in an app (for the Taiwan market) and will gladly give credit to you and link to this repo from that app when it gets launched (if we use the code).
