In Client submission (Prepare mail) i.e. "Compose a Message" getting error #7

Hi, in Client submission (Prepare mail) i.e. "Compose a Message" when I putted mail id and clicking send button then showing error. I have tested many times but getting error.

Can you tell me what is issue.
