Key fetching and validation #32

As the bullseyestudio/guns-metaserver actually serves keys now, it's time to make the client and server fetch their own private keys (I'll have to set up some test keys so if you're working on this, force me to do that) and the public keys of remote users/servers.

The second part of this is to validate the keys of the remotes, but this is not fully specced out yet.
