Added open in kaggle button in readme and added ipython notebook #1

I made a kaggle notebook by adapting inference.py which can be used to easily look at how the code works without downloading the entire repo. This was linked to the open with kaggle button.

Hey @fanbyprinciple, thanks for contributing! Notebook looks nice but I'm not really sure what it adds to the repo, plus I wouldn't really be in favour of adding notebooks redundantly (due to the space they take up in repos). Think the Kaggle stuff makes more sense as a standalone project :D

Hi thank you for taking out your time to review my pull request. If you want I can change the code to Google colab (just in case you are concerned about how it's directing to my kaggle account) and remove the ipynb notebook from my pull request. :)
