I don't know how this should look and behave, similar to the plan transport option. See figma desings. Railroad refers to the volunteer network, so maybe from the home page a user should be able to lookup, add, and download a csv list of volunteers?
Volunteers will be stored in local storage and need a schema created. That can be part of this task to create a schema
