Allow filtering referrer recording #13

Provide a means in the admin to specify a set of wildcard filters for 
referrers. For example:

http://google.com/* means that any requests starting with google.com would 
not be logged as a referrer. This is a good means of filtering out search 
results from referrers.

Even better is if we include a baseline set of filters. For example, user 
could check 

  [x] Do Not Record Search Engine Referrals

And we'd filter out all the common search engines.
