What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load Subtext schema in SQL Azure
2. Visit an admin site for feedback

What is the expected output? 
Feedback page

What do you see instead?
ASPNET Error Page

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.5.2.0 on Windows 2003/SQL Azure

Please provide any additional information below.
