New Install Config Error #318

I installed the application, btw it is not available in web installer, and when 
I try to access it I get the following error:

Config Error 
There is a duplicate 'system.web.extensions/scripting/scriptResourceHandler' 
section defined  

Config File
\Subtext.Web\web.config
