Link to dynamic-load.html from README.md broken #430

Problem

The https://github.com/bumbu/svg-pan-zoom/blob/master/README.md references:

Check dymanic-load demo.

Returns a 404

Solution

For some reason the file https://github.com/bumbu/svg-pan-zoom/blob/master/demo/dynamic-load.html is not in the demo? Copy the file there?
