Add static pages #20

Add "about" and "what are decent organisations" pages.

As of now, they are just plain html files (haml, to be perfectly correct) since I'm not sure how we want to go about the editing of those pages.

Thought about that too, but wasn't sure since I don't know how we want to handle the general URL structure. We could also use the categories on that level, so we could have decent-organisations.com/tools. If we'd do that I figured it might be nicer to have everything else separated from this by either /posts or /pages.
