[VCEG Rev2] Mounting holes are out of spec #23

"One big problem for anyone with threaded strips in their rack: the mounting holes are out of spec. They should be 7.5mm from the left, but they're closer to 6. So this will take up 5hp in my rack, unless I file the holes out" – via Discord.
