PyDoc cleanup #137

While reviewing the library docset, it was pointed out that some of the PyDocs 
could be improved and that there were broken links. Perhaps it's time for a 
PyDoc review and update.

I have switched to epydoc generated documentation, the root of the docs are 
here:

  http://google-api-python-client.googlecode.com/hg/docs/epy/index.html

I will keep the older pydoc documentation alive as we transition to the new 
epydoc documentation. 

Next step is to update wiki and other doc references to point to the new docs.

All wiki references to the old pydoc have been update to epydoc references.
