setup.py failures for gflags and simplejson #31

Encountered during the Google IO Bootcamp lab, sometimes setup.py will fail to 
install gflags and/or simplejson.

Confirmed the failed gflags installation using virtualenv/pip on a Windows XP 
machine running Python 2.7 in hope to get a fix soon - missing library pieces 
pretty much defeat the whole purpose of the environment.

download on this page and see if it fixes the issue for you:
