Replace Arduino with NodeMCU #1

About

The code now runs on an arduino. We use a bluetooth module to communicate with the server right now. The server is what is responsible for sending the telegram messages.

Since we are using bluetooth, the server has to be within bluetooth range of the modules. This is of course not ideal and was a workaround. We intend to replace this with a WiFi connection and later a cellular connection.

Please migrate the existing codebase to a NodeMCU. The hardware required will be provided for you by the maintainer. Please approach the maintainer for the same.

Implementing WiFi based communication is NOT a part of this issue. That is a whole other issue on to it's own.
