Add sensors to opposite roads

The current implementation has sensors on only adjacent roads, and not the ones opposite to them. (See simulation file). Add 2 sensors on each road and add them up to get a net traffic level from opposite sides. Then use this traffic level data to vary the signals. This problem is difficult to explain in an issue, so pls approach the maintainer for a more comprehensive explanation
