there will be a port setting for education in the config (so you can have bedrock and education on the server at the same time)
the ability to enable and disable certain protocols
add pplaceholderapi module with player data (e.g. %geyserreversion-protocol% - 315 %geyserreversion-version% - 1.18.2 %geyserreversion-edition% - bedrock (or education))

I wrote everything I would like to have on my server and I think a lot of people would appreciate it
