Selenium proof of concept #17

This will download some documents some of the time. Not sure yet why but I suspect the fact that the site is so ridiculously slow has something to do with it.

If it would be possible to get at the download URL, then it would be possible to download using other ways.

Open for suggestions here.

Swapped in ChromeDriver and that's much more solid.
