Suggestion: an API (documentation) for https://neu.insolvenzbekanntmachungen.de/ap/. The website works similiar to handelsregister.de and provides the most recent bankruptcy notices.

On this website, the insolvency courts of the Federal Republic of Germany make the announcements required by the Insolvency Code.

Use case for this suggestion comes from the private sector. As a private company it is very useful to be informed as soon as possible, if one of the business partners is experiencing insolvency proceedings. E.g. in some cases, any further payment relating to an invoice has to be paid to the liquidator, instead of the company itself. If this is overlooked, one might have to make the payment again to the liquidator to be debt-discharged.
