[Fix] Update Soundcloud API, Fix Soundcloud Audio Features #109

This MR addresses all Soundcloud broken features that were mostly broken due to the client_id Kord was using being revoked.

Also addresses #70

Main Features Fixed

Connecting soundcloud user via soundcloud user permalink url (updated to v2 endpoints)
Fetching user profile/playlists/tracks (updated to v2 endpoints)
Playing soundcloud tracks (Replaced mp3 player with Soundcloud Widget API)

Other notable additions

Typescript added for server and client code but not landing (Will be migrating as features are updated and added)
Dedicated server endpoints for soundcloud API requests
Added types for soundcloud API responses
