Translator exception manager uses the ErrorHandler interface.
Interface requires handling 3 kinds of errors : error(), warning() and
fatalError().
Currently the translator only traps error() and ignores warning() and
fatalError().
So when the translator encounters a fatal error no message is thrown
To Do:
Add handlers for warning() and fatalError().
