ODF 1.2 requires explicit namespace for foreign attributes -- 

currently section metadata is set in the default namespace.

This has been changed to the "anx" namespace :

anx:http://anx.akomantoso.org/1.0

This change has been implementd in both ooobungenilib and bungeniodfdom.

TO DO :

Implement change in namespace for metadata in Bungeni Editor, the ODT
transformer.

Archive copies of older openoffice versions - since older versions do seem to 
be archived in OOo mirrors.
