Transformer pipeline does not support piping of style sheet level parameters #6

The Bungeni Transformer does not currently support piping of parameters, only 
output piping is supported.

TO DO : 

Support piping of parameters

Fixed -- transformer supports piping of parameters from an extrernal 
application. THe params are piped to the very first input transform
