You may be required to enable this for the Vendetta Manager, so it's worth pointing this out for now.

Do note that my Android phone uses german as UI language, so the setting names may not be accurate. Please correct me if they aren't.

Like pointed out in #support, this is not a common issue and it normally should prompt you to enable the settings before installing
