Add promotion slogan #9

Add promotion slogan to almost each sprint video, introduce why we should help this video go million view, to show the special significance, for example, for 《中华铄金娘》, we can introduce it as "纯白的第一首传说曲".

Two kinds to propaganda: carousel or banner.
