Add Lexical Support #1

Considering that we already provide support for ErlangLS, it would be a valuable addition to include support for Lexical as well.

As mentioned in its README, Lexical is a next-generation language server for the Elixir programming language.

Currently it doesn't integrate well with Windows (see https://github.com/lexical-lsp/lexical/issues/372). Thus, we'll patiently await further developments and stay tuned...
