Configure SwiftLint for unified code style #7

In order to make sure all developers adhere to the same code style, and also to prevent any issues by details forgotten or overseen by developers, I suggest we configure SwiftLint with some basic configuration that mostly uses the existing style in the project. As a starting point, this configuration could be used and everything unnecessary could be removed.
