Add structured creditor reference to remittance information (ISO 11649:2009) to payments #154

Structured creditor reference is part of SEPA credit transfer initiation message.

We would need to add this information to our payments.

Can you add this information to payment initiation? Information is part of ISO 20022 XML schema and its defined in ISO 11649:2009
