Steps to reproduce:

Run PhpStorm code inspection

What should happen:

Get a minimal amount of errors (0-10), warnings (20-100) and weak warnings (100-300)

What happens:

Getting a shitload amount of errors (121), warnings (11032) and weak warnings (44446)
