Update Dutch translation #482

Dutch translation updated according to the following 'rules':

prefer official translation from bunq app (e.g. 'Passen' instead of 'Kaarten');
action first (e.g. 'Toon inactieve passen' instead of 'Inactieve kaarten weergeven');
the shorter the better (especially for texts that don't fit nicely in the UI), as long as it's still clear what the meaning is;
fix capitalization and spacing issues;
remove exclamation marks from notifications!

One minor thing, could you use the crowdin source next time? It is probably easier and faster if you're doing a ton of minor fixes like this as well and it makes updating things a bit easier on my end https://crowdin.com/translate/bunqdesktop/24/en-nl
