I am a new developer, trying to improve my coding skills. Is this repo is still maintained and to-dos in project 1.0.0 up-to-date? If yes, I would like to contribute, please let me know.

Might be a bit late, but just in case someone reads this before the README, it says in the first line that this project is discontinued. @Crecket It might be not be a bad idea though to archive this project so that it is more clear that this is no longer maintained.
