duplicate options in select list #75

Click Remix Basics or Intro to Solidity or Deploying with Libraries in home tab of remix ide, you will see duplicate options in select list.

I fixed this issue in brochain ide. Check the image below. image

I use ${repoName}-${branch} to assign id, and the original id became section.

I can submit a pr, if you like the way I fixed this issue.
