Update bcu.rb to require "cask", not "cask/all" #168

Homebrew/brew#8262 moved cask/all to cask, which breaks this command. This change fixes it.

@y0y0z please follow GitHub netiquette and don't write useless posts, which don't anything valuable to the discussion. Please consider reacting to post with an emoji If you have nothing valuable to add to the discussion, it's the best way to vote for PR or issue. And this doesn't produce notifications to those, who are subscribed to repos, issues and PRs. People are subscribing to get valuable notifications about valuable posts, not for useless ones.

@yurikoles: i did all that you mentioned and create a new post with shipit, so others can vote for it if it worked for them. same as we do in many other projects.
