Fast-paced animation when tab not active for a long time #3

  1. Open demo
  2. Open other tabs and wait around 2 minutes..
  3. Go back to demo tab
  4. Animation is fast as hell

Couldn't reproduce :( ps: this issue probably goes to snowstorm, which is the original source of the effect. https://github.com/scottschiller/snowstorm/
