Upgrade mlflow to version 2.4.2 #112

Also upgrade dependencies as far as reasonable.

This PR brings the container up to the same version in the Helm chart repo: https://github.com/community-charts/helm-charts/pull/47

@burakince Hi, it seems you're still allive out there, and you're the only one that have made a proper docker + helm chart, but you've stopped passing by to make this project alive

Would you mind either take some time to upgrade docker+chart to use the latest mlflow version or helping us to contibutre more easily to this projet ?

@bobrasey-verusen would you mind updating this PR to "update to 2.6.0" ? Even it's not merged by the maintainer, we could use build the docker ourselves from your branch

No point trying to maintain this project if the maintainer isn't interested.
