ws.Account.SubscribeToAccountUpdatesAsync doesn't work in v2.6.7 #66

After upgrading to v2.6.7. It seems that ws.Account.SubscribeToAccountUpdatesAsync() isn't working either.

I've fixed this issue and will release tonight
