I use JIRA (it is free for 1 user) and an add-on which enables integration with google calendar. There are project id's and numbers which I use in my email communications to my client. I also use a timesheet add-on for my bookeeper. I would be happy to do a presentation on Jira and how I use it for integration. I also use dlvr.it (also free with some limitations) to post my WP posts to social media. Perhaps a separate 5 minute.
I just proposed a topic, "Using Mood Boards to guide customer decision making." This is a process and tool which is effective in guiding/driving early stage decision making with a client.
