We have a promising group-driven process for soliciting discussion topics and associating speakers who've volunteered to present the topic. Our process sort of ends there.
It then becomes @liamdempsey "job" to make the decision on what gets presented and when. Perhaps we can begin to think of how we can extend this new group-driven process to take some of the responsibility off of Liam's shoulders.
I'd like to propose we we take one of our meetups to do a brainstorming session on how we can take topic selection and scheduling and incorporate it into our new process.
